E.C.C.C first big win of the season
Moufflons won the toss and elected to bat at the Pandas Den in Deryneia. Yes I've now lost two tosses on the trott.....

So Whilst a very eager and early arriving Moufflons turned up and started warming up like a professional outfit, my band of panda pops were sat there nibbling on bamboo, rolling in the dirt and were well and truly living the dream.

So the game started with an expensive first over of 14 runs and I thought why have I just agreed to a 25 over game then Raj came on and by the third over Krrish was warmed up and took his first wicket of the match.

Then I took the decision to add pies to the gravy and with my first ball a fine steak and ale pie I took a wicket..... 5 overs later 5-25 ..... Nuff said 😉

148 all out game on!
ECCC bowlers
krrish 2-33
Prince 1 -28
Rashid 1 - 16
S Rush 5 - 25
Bibek 1 - 8

So after the interval.
Rashid Ali and Prince Xetri went in to open the batting and with a fine 70 plus runs partnership prince was caught for a fine innings of 41 with 2 sixes and 6 4s.

Ali went on to hit a well earned 16. New lad An-mol Xetteri (Sami) went out making his debut fresh legged and full of enthusiasm and he graced us today with a fine unbeaten 28.

Then Krrish went out and hit a quick fire 24 hitting 4 4s and a 6. Vice captain Andrew went to the crease with orders of slow the rot, unfortunately that ended with a solid one.

Following two wickets in quickly time .....
It left the captain to go in to bat with 30 needed, a fine 9no and the runs coming from a fine ran wide.

ECCC 149-5
And that's it second game first win.

A big thank you to moufflons for travelling to play us today from Limassol. They played very well and gave us great competition, we look forward to playing you again. Muhammad and Richard.

See you all next week at the Pandas Den in Deryneia! Where we are hosting Nicosia Sri Lankan's.

Thank you for everyone who attended today, bought drinks raffle tickets and helped on the day!
